The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. The lobby looked nice, but the elevators seemed unreliable. Overall, the experience was okay.

Convenient location, convenient amenities with a clean lobby and easy access to restaurants and shops nearby.
Utterly happy with everything.

Nice choice for a quick break in Jacksonville with good value for price. Only good thing was the plush towels.

The breakfast had a decent variety, but the elevators were mostly out of service, which was frustrating. This place needs better management. The rooms could use more thorough cleaning as well.

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the wonderful desk attendant! The spacious room was so comfortable with clean bedding and a working fridge - perfect for storing snacks! Plus, the swimming pool was a great spot to unwind after a busy day.
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to various attractions, like the lovely Losco Regional Park which is just about 5 kilometers away, perfect for a stroll in nature, and the nearby Front Page Grille & Bar, just a quick 3-minute walk for dinner after exploring the city. Although the hotel itself had some issues like check-in delays and dated amenities, the friendly staff did their best and the location definitely made up for the shortcomings.

Free parking and decent Wi-Fi. Room cleanliness was disappointing.

The room was disappointing. It had outdated carpet and a poor-quality chair, not what we expected from the photos. The bed was uncomfortable, and the A/C was noisy, making it hard to sleep. There were holes in the ceiling, and the closet had no door. No internet access was frustrating, especially after a long drive. Though packed with potential, the room had a musty smell. the linens were dirty, and I discovered a filthy towel. The overall ambiance felt neglected during the renovations, adding to our discomfort.

Great location, but rooms need serious cleaning and maintenance.

Loud music and a strong odor greet guests upon arrival-definitely not a warm welcome. This hotel is clearly in the midst of renovations, yet was still offering outdated rooms, and elevators were out of order. The front desk staff was accommodating; they quickly moved us to a newly renovated room, though it still had old comforters. Breakfast? Disappointing at best-just warm water and muffins. Check-in was chaotic, with long lines and room mix-ups. I dealt with a child-friendly but poorly managed environment. While a kind employee refunded one night for our troubles, beware: Only the first floor is truly upgraded. The ambiance needs attention before inviting guests back in full.

Comfortable stay for me and my daughters. Staff was nice and helpful, made us feel welcome.
It wasn't cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

The hotel's proximity to Interstate 95 was convenient for my business trip, and the location was easily accessible. the nearby night club named Dior provided a fun and safe environment for a night out, with good food options available.
My experience was marred by multiple room changes due to issues with the air conditioning, cable, and inadequate supplies like towels. The housekeeping staff's communication about sheet and towel changes was unclear, leading to a misunderstanding and a surprise smoking charge, even though I don't smoke.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly changing our room when the air conditioning malfunctioned. Shieni at the front desk was particularly helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was in terrible condition, and the promised breakfast turned out to be nonexistent due to ongoing renovations, leaving us disappointed. The noise from the air conditioner made it hard to sleep, and the bathroom cleanliness was concerning. After a frustrating experience, we chose to leave after one night instead of staying for two. A bit more transparency could have made this stay more enjoyable.

The pool was closed, which was the main reason I booked there. On top of that, my room had a dusty mirror, a broken coffee maker, and the air conditioning barely worked. Total letdown!

The staff is super friendly and the lobby looks promising. The room change was quick and hassle-free, and I loved how cheerful the front desk lady was.
The hallways reeked of smoke and my room could use a serious inspection.

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, which was a relief because I like to set the room temperature just right for a comfortable stay. I did notice that the carpeted floor in the room was a bit worn out and could use some updating to improve the overall look and feel of the space. As for amenities, I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick caffeine fix in the mornings. It's the little things that make a difference, right? On the downside, I found that the free toiletries provided were quite basic and could be upgraded. In terms of housekeeping, I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The laundry service was not as efficient as I had hoped, and there were some maintenance issues in the room that needed attention, such as the lack of proper lighting and non-functioning TV. while I enjoyed certain aspects of my stay at the Ramada, there are areas that could be improved to make it a more comfortable and pleasant experience. It's always the small details that can make a big difference in ensuring a memorable stay.

i had a great experience staying at Ramada. the lobby was clean and well-maintained, and the parking was very convenient. the cost was excellent, the facility was clean and appeared safe. the location was good, and the bed was comfortable. the cleaning service was excellent. the staff was very helpful and the front desk girls were awesome, doing everything they could to assist.

The manager and her helper were nice during my stay.
The towels were dirty and the carpet smelled awful. There were bugs and stains on the walls.

Cheering for the Jags with my friends was lit. After, we hit the beaches for some sick waves. Hotel location near all these spots was clutch. More of these fun hangouts nearby would be dope.
Add a cool rooftop bar/party spot for late-night vibes.

Loved the fully tiled bathroom, comfy bed, and plenty of lamps. Pool area was exceptional with outdoor seating.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

The hotel lobby was clean, and the staff at the reception were friendly and cooperative, enhancing the overall experience. The location was convenient for our needs, and having a business center available for use was beneficial during our stay.
There were several drawbacks during our visit. The breakfast offered was below par, and amenities in the washroom were broken and dirty.

EverBank Field is massive, with roaring crowds and thrilling games that got even our youngest pumped up. The variety of food options made it easy to please picky eaters, and the team store had awesome gear for souvenirs.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on site.

I had a great time checking out majestic elephants at the nearby Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens, and I could tan at the beach - how posh! The hotel's facilities were top-notch.
I felt like a detective trying to unravel the mystery of what was clean in my room.

I chose Ramada for its proximity to Dog Wood Park of Jacksonville, and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents who provided assistance with check-in security questions. The complimentary continental breakfast served daily at 6:00 AM was a great start to the day.
Aged facilities, broken refrigerator.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville with our two young daughters. The lobby had a nice remodel and looked inviting. However, our room had multiple issues. The bathroom light kept going out, the heat didn't work, and there were stains on our towels. The front desk staff was unhelpful and had a heated argument with another guest in front of us. Despite complaining, our issues were not resolved promptly. The only positive was the hot shower that helped warm up our freezing room.
Unprofessional staff and lack of maintenance ruined our stay.
